Intelius Inc. – a Finalist at the 2009 American Business Awards
Intellius Incorporated received numerous nominations at the American Business Awards, or commonly known as the Stevies. The leading information-based business company and its executive vice president and co-establisher, John Arnold, were voted for these categories: “Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year,” “Executive of the Year – Services,” “Product Development/Management executive of the Year” and “Most Innovative Company of the Year.”
This is the third successive year that Intelius Inc., top 100 of the most trafficked websites on the Internet, has been distinguished as a finalist at the ABAs, the corporate world’s version of the Oscars. In 2008, it was a “Best New Product or Service” finalist. In 2007, it was a “Most Innovative Company” finalist. And in 2006, it was awarded by the Stevies as the “Best New Company.”
Intelius Inc. co-founder and current chief executive officer, Naveen Jain, said that the company was honored to have been acknowledged by the American Business Awards for its dedication to notable headship and innovation.
“As the industry leader, innovation is critical as we continue to deliver the most innovative and intuitive personal protection services to consumers,” the India-born IT entrepreneur has been quoted as saying.
Jain’s fellow founder, John Arnold, stated that since Intellius Inc. is headed by a group of developers, Internet specialists, and technologists with skills that won the company renown in the information commerce industry, the company is pleased with the recognition given by one of the high-esteemed awards programs in the world of commerce.
A board of advisors and judges that includes several of the respected individuals in American business administers the Stevie Awards.
The Stevie Award Winners for 2009 have been announced last June 22 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York. Over 600 executives from across the United States had been expected to attend.
