Office Space Occupancy Expected to Go Up
There appears to be a rekindling of interest in office space premises, as revealed by recent developments. Landlords may even reconsider scrapping some of their long-pending projects to make more room for tenants.
The Carlyle Group’s
EC Harris and Eon may jointly work out of new office space in the centre of the city. This is expected to happen sometime soon, and will earmark a sizeable amount of vacant office space for the two groups. The property consultants and the power company are rumoured to be very close to clinching a satisfactory deal in this regard.
